The 304 Collective is the home of WV MotionWorks and Melissa Rosic Photography. We’re located at 206 Adams St, in downtown Fairmont, WV.  In addition to using the space for our own studio needs, the 304 Collective is available to rent for other creatives in need of studio space.  We also host weekly coworking events, blog about topics relevant to any small business owner, and hold workshops and other creative events.

Studio Rental

Our studio is conveniently located for clients.  Our downtown location provides plenty of urban settings within easy walking distance.  Our indoor space has soft white walls and a variety of paper backdrops.  Our large front window provides natural light; studio lighting is also available.  For workshops and events, we can comfortably host 12 people.

Creative Coworking

Every Monday, from 9am-2pm, the 304 Collective hosts a creative coworking event.  We’ve got screaming fast wifi and a supportive, collaborative environment for creatives of all types to get some work done and bounce ideas off one another.  Coworking events are free (though we happily accept donations for the coffee and doughnut fund, or actual doughnuts).  We’re within walking distance to several great restaurants so you can pick up breakfast on your way or pop out for lunch if you get hungry.

Workshops and Educational Events

The 304 Collective hosts a variety of workshops and events throughout the year.  From photo and video basics to tutorials for small business owners, we practice community over competition and encourage the sharing of knowledge to elevate our entire community.
